3. Made-to-Order Products

Certain products, including apparel, artwork, and print-on-demand items offered through Status Culture Co., are produced specifically for each customer after an order is placed.

Because these products are made to order, returns, exchanges, and refunds may be limited. Please review our Return & Refund Policy before making a purchase.

4. Orders & Payments

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, pricing errors, inventory issues, or violations of these Terms.

If an order is modified or canceled, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, and account information.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and processing times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delivery dates may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, fulfillment volume, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, we are not responsible for carrier-related delays.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
