RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Oath Supply Co. LLC operates multiple brands, including Oath Supply Co. and Status Culture Co. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Because some products are handcrafted, made-to-order, scented, wearable, or customized, we have specific return guidelines in place to ensure fairness for both our customers and our brands.
📦 RETURN ELIGIBILITY
• Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unburned, unwashed, and in original condition, including original packaging and tags (if applicable).
• Used, worn, burned, altered, washed, or damaged items are not eligible for return or refund.
• Final Sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund and will be clearly marked at checkout.
• Proof of purchase is required for all return requests.
👕 STATUS CULTURE CO. APPAREL & ARTWORK DISCLAIMER
Status Culture Co. products are produced on demand and made specifically for each customer.
Because of the custom nature of these products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
• Incorrect size selection
• Buyer’s remorse
• Preference changes
• Ordering the wrong product, color, or style
• Minor variations in garment color, print placement, print size, or print appearance
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, sizing information, and product images before placing an order.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of the issue. We will review the claim and provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
🖼️ ARTWORK & FRAMED PRINT DISCLAIMER
Due to differences in monitors, mobile devices, printers, and production methods, actual colors may vary slightly from what is displayed online.
Minor variations in framing, print alignment, color saturation, or material texture are considered normal and do not qualify as defects.
👃 OATH SUPPLY CO. SCENT PREFERENCE DISCLAIMER
This section applies only to Oath Supply Co. candles, incense, fragrance products, and scented goods.
Fragrance is subjective and personal. Because scent perception varies from person to person, refunds and returns are not available solely because a fragrance does not meet personal expectations.
Unused and unopened products may be eligible for return under the standard return policy.
Used, burned, altered, or partially consumed scented products are not eligible for return or refund.
Customers are encouraged to review scent descriptions and fragrance notes carefully before purchasing.
🔥 CANDLE & INCENSE SAFETY DISCLAIMER
Customers are responsible for following all provided safety instructions.
Refunds or replacements will not be issued for damage resulting from improper use, neglect, misuse, failure to follow safety instructions, or unattended burning.
🇺🇸 U.S. RETURNS
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
• We do not charge restocking fees.
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Please contact us before returning any product.
🌍 INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
• International return requests must be initiated within the same 14-day return window.
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
• We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
• Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs agencies or international carriers.
❌ DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and packaging
Claims submitted after 7 days may not qualify for replacement or refund.
🚫 NON-DELIVERY & INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided during checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.
📬 LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Oath Supply Co. LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly and file any necessary claims.
