REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

At Status Culture Co., we take pride in delivering quality products inspired by the culture and built for barbers.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn and unused
  • Be unwashed
  • Be free from odors, stains, or damage
  • Include original tags and packaging when applicable

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance items
  • Products showing signs of wear or use

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified regarding approval.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

Exchanges

If inventory is available, exchanges may be offered for sizing issues or defective merchandise.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
